Closing Concert - Marmorsalen

As every year Kids in Jazz ends up in a big concert in "Marmorsalen". Here we pressent the best from all participants. The audience get a unique chance to see the result of the musical encounters that always take place during the festival, developing musical friendships for life.

Here you can see the young guitar talent Bjalla Beintudóttir Dalsgarð from the Faroe Islands, performing for the first time with the saxophone player Elinor Brørby Placucci, -the first, but definitely not the last time! You can also hear all the international guests, performing with Improbasen's students and with other participants.

Every year Kids in Jazz has a cooperation with Oslo Jazz Festival, facilitating workshops on different levels. Some of the participants are very experienced already. Others had their first meeting with an international jazz audience this week. The development from the first to the last concert is unbeliveable.

As always we have a lot of international contacts ready to visit Oslo as soon as the situation allows it. Some are confirmed already, and will be presenteted during the coming weeks. This year most of them will be from the Nordic countries, and from the European countries that are in control of the situation.
